How can you benefit us?
You may know of development opportunities that we are yet to be introduced to. Or perhaps you own an opportunity that you are looking to do something with. If this is the case we would like to hear from you. Generous "finder's fees" are paid to anyone who introduces to an opportunity we are yet to have seen.


How we can benefit you?
We can release capital in your property through identifying a planning angle or by singularly taking a risk with a planning issue. Just because your property may have a difficult planning history, or maybe even none at all, it does not mean that your land or building has lost its planning potential or value.

What do we look for? 
We look at all types of property - blighted land and buildings, bare land (both brown and open countryside), industrial buildings, hotels, flats, single houses and farmyards. We look in both towns and the countryside. We are constantly on the lookout for under-utilised land and buildings. When a potential scheme is identified we act expediently to arise at a quick decision that is best for all parties concerned.


What size site do we look at?
We look at lot sizes starting from those with no value right up to sites of around 2 million pounds.


How do we work?
We are happy to purchase sites in any of the following ways:

a) We can purchase the property from the outset, taking on board all the risks involved - the benefit for the vendor being that they release their capital quickly with minimal expenditure and no risk.

b) We can enter into an Option Agreement or Conditional Sale with the owner of the site in question - the benefit for the vendor being that the price paid for the land is higher than a straight forward sale, still with minimal expenditure by them though the sale will take longer.

With either of the above scenarios the costs of gaining planning permissions, whether they are granted or not, are borne by us.
