we can benefit you? We can release capital in your property through identifying a planning angle or by singularly taking a risk with a planning issue. Just because your property may have a difficult planning history, or maybe even none at all, it does not mean that your land or building has lost its planning potential or value. |

do we work? We are happy to purchase sites in any of the following ways: a) We can purchase the property from the outset, taking on board all the risks involved - the benefit for the vendor being that they release their capital quickly with minimal expenditure and no risk. b) We can enter into an Option Agreement or Conditional Sale with the owner of the site in question - the benefit for the vendor being that the price paid for the land is higher than a straight forward sale, still with minimal expenditure by them though the sale will take longer. With either of the above scenarios the costs of gaining planning permissions, whether they are granted or not, are borne by us. |
